T1 is a single hut on the south of the Northwestern Peninsula with scenic views of the western ocean and the Western Peninsula across the bay. It has excellent medical supplies, and is well situated as a base camp to explore this part of Eden. It is quite possible to do exporation trips of the peninsula and return by nightfall, accidents notwithstanding.
Ruin Site A is just northwards, T2 is accessible via the western trail, as is Outpost Tau in turn.
